Another productive time in Cornwall allowed me to produce a new series of paintings focusing on the relationship between the sky and sea - The Tidal Pull series.

This was the first one of the series of three. The blue clear sky was rather misleading as the wind was up and causing a commotion on the surface of the sea. I liked this though, as it gave me the opportunity to play with mixing a variety of blues and get involved with the constantly changing water patterns, as well as suggesting surface textures.
