My painting retreat to Cornwall early in May 2022 resulted in several canvases that reflect the ruggedness of the beautiful north coast of West Penwith. This canvas was painted on location at Priest Cove, Cape Cornwall. Although overcast on that particular day, the light was glorious and the colours on the sea, land and in the sky were spectacular, dynamic and everchanging.
